(a) Only persons designated as agents by holders of special harvest area entry permits may operate gear under the permit. Designation must be made on forms provided by the commission.
(b) Each special harvest area gear operator must have in his possession a copy of the completed designation of agent form and a valid special harvest area entry permit card while operating gear or in possession of fish as required by 20 AAC 05.100 - 20 AAC 05.110.
