(d) The qualification date for the following salmon fisheries designated in 20 AAC 05.310(a) is January 1, 1976: (1) Kuskokwim (W) gillnet fishery (2) Kotzebue (X) gillnet fishery (3) Lower Yukon (Y) gillnet fishery (4) Upper Yukon (P) gillnet fishery fish wheel fishery (5) Norton Sound (Z) gillnet fishery (e) The qualification date for the following roe herring fisheries designated in 20 AAC 05.310(c) is January 1, 1977: (1) Southeastern Alaska (A) purse seine fishery (2) Prince William Sound (E) purse seine fishery
(f) The qualification date for the Prince William Sound (E) roe herring gillnet fishery designated in 20 AAC 05.310(c) is January 1, 1980.
(g) The qualification date for the Kodiak (K) roe herring purse seine and gillnet fisheries designated in 20 AAC 05.310(c) is January 1, 1981.
(h) The qualification date for those combined roe herring and herring fisheries designated in 20 AAC 05.310(d) is January 1, 1987, except for the purse seine fishery of Cook Inlet (H), for which the qualification date is January 1, 1977, the gillnet fishery of Southeastern Alaska (A), for which the qualification date is January 1, 1978, and the gillnet fishery of Nunivak Island (U), for which the qualification date is January 1, 1988.
(i) The qualification date for the Southeastern Alaska red and blue king crab pot, brown king crab pot, and Tanner crab pot fisheries designated in 20 AAC 05.310(e) (1) is January 1, 1984.
(j) The qualification date for those sablefish fisheries designated in 20 AAC 05.310(f) (1) and (f)(2) is January 1, 1985.
(k) The qualification date for the herring spawn-on-kelp pound fishery designated in 20 AAC 05.310(g) (3) is January 1, 1987.
( l ) The qualification date for the herring spawn on kelp fishery designated in 20 AAC 05.310(h) is January 1, 1989.
(m) The qualification date for the Cook Inlet Dungeness crab pot and ring net fisheries designated in 20 AAC 05.310(e) (2) is January 1, 1993.
(n) The qualification date for those herring spawn-on-kelp pound fisheries designated in 20 AAC 05.310(g) (1) and (g)(2) is January 1, 1995.
(o) The qualification date for the Southeastern Alaska Dungeness crab pot, ring net, and diving gear fisheries designated in 20 AAC 05.310(e) (1) is January 2, 1992.
(p) The qualification date for the Prince William Sound sablefish fisheries designated in 20 AAC 05.310(f) (3) is January 1, 1995.
(q) The qualification date for the Southeastern pot shrimp fishery designated in 20 AAC 05.310(i) is January 1, 1996.
(r) The qualification date for the Southeastern Alaska shrimp beam trawl and otter trawl fisheries designated in 20 AAC 05.310(i) is January 1, 1997.
(s) The qualification date for the Goodnews Bay herring gillnet fishery designated in 20 AAC 05.310(d) is January 1, 1997.
(t) The qualification date for the Southeastern Alaska (A) geoduck clam dive fishery designated in 20 AAC 05.310(j) is July 1, 1996.
(u) The qualification date for the Southeastern Alaska (A) sea cucumber dive fishery designated in 20 AAC 05.310(k) is July 1, 1996.
(v) The qualification date for the Southeastern Alaska (A) sea urchin dive fishery designated in 20 AAC 05.310(1) is July 1, 1996.
(w) The qualification date for the Kodiak (K) food and bait herring gillnet and seine combined fishery designated in 20 AAC 05.310(m) is January 1, 2001.
(x) The qualification date for the Kodiak (K) food and bait herring trawl fishery designated in 20 AAC 05.310(n) is January 1, 2001.
(y) The qualification date for the Kodiak (K) bairdi Tanner crab pot fishery designated in 20 AAC 05.310(e) is January 1, 2003.
