Either the holder of an entry or interim-use permit, the agent authorized in accordance with 20 AAC 05.1960, the authorized representative of a deceased holder's estate, or the proposed transferee may request an administrative hearing and adjudication under the provisions of 20 AAC 05.1800 - 20 AAC 05.1855 to contest a determination by the commission under 20 AAC 05.1700 - 20 AAC 05.1750.
