18 AAC 90.505. Permit for water and aerial application of pesticides

A person or government entity may not, without first obtaining a permit issued by the department, direct, conduct, participate in, or allow the use of a pesticide

(1) to waters of the state; or

(2) by aircraft or helicopter.
