(a) An individual who seeks to renew a certification issued under 18 AAC 90.300 shall
(1) submit an application on a form supplied by the department;
(2) attend a training session, complete a correspondence course, or obtain a minimum of 12 continuing education hours, approved by the department; and
(3) pass a written or oral renewal examination administered by the department or the department's representative.
(b) The provisions of 18 AAC 90.305(d) - (f) apply to an individual seeking to renew certification under this section and to a certification that is renewed under this section.
