Cabinet radiography shall be exempt from the requirements of secs. 510 - 600 and 620 - 640 of this chapter. However, no registrant of a cabinet radiographic unit shall permit any individual to operate the unit until such individual has received a copy of, been instructed in, and demonstrated an understanding of operating procedures for the unit, and has demonstrated competence in its use.
