18 AAC 80.330. Inorganic and organic chemicals: additional analyses after MCL exceedance

If the results of a routine inorganic or organic chemical analysis required under 18 AAC 80.310 - 18 AAC 80.325 exceed an MCL set by 18 AAC 80.300(b) , additional analyses of samples must be performed according to a schedule set by the department.
