(a) When the department receives notice from a law enforcement agency of an illegal drug manufacturing site under AS 46.03.500 , the department will provide that law enforcement agency with
(1) a copy of the department's Guidance and Standards for Cleanup of Illegal Drug Manufacturing Sites, dated November 22, 2004, adopted by reference; and
(2) a copy of the list of laboratories for sampling and testing illegal drug manufacturing sites required under AS 46.03.520 .
(b) The department will remove a property from the list required under AS 46.03.550 and notify the owner in writing that the property has been removed from the list following certification to the department by the owner under AS 46.03.550 (a). Certification under this section shall be made on a form supplied by the department.
