The department will, in its discretion, take enforcement action in response to a violation of this chapter, using the compliance procedures at 18 AAC 95. Nothing in this section precludes the department from taking other appropriate action under AS 46.03.758 , 46.03.760, 46.03.765, 46.03.790, or other applicable law. The department will, in its discretion, suspend or revoke an approval issued under this chapter as a means of enforcing the provisions of this chapter.
