(a) The department will review and approve applications for financial assistance
(1) subject to compliance with the applicable eligibility provisions in this chapter; and
(2) if money is available in the fiscal year for which assistance is sought, and if all higher priority projects have already been funded.
(b) If financial assistance is denied solely because of insufficient money, the application will be processed at the earliest date money is available, without the need to submit a new application.
(c) The department's decision to deny financial assistance for a reason other than insufficient money may be submitted to the board for dispute resolution under 18 AAC 78.950.
(d) Repealed 4/16/2000.
