(a) The department will make payments from the Alaska drinking water fund based on requests submitted on a form provided by the department if the requirements of 18 AAC 76.200 - 18 AAC 76.265 and the financial assistance agreement are met. The department may require documentation of costs, such as invoices and copies of checks.
(b) The department will make no more than one payment during any 30-day period.
