18 AAC 76.257. Fee rate and payment

(a) In the amortization schedule established under 18 AAC 76.255 for financial assistance provided from the Alaska drinking water fund, the department will include a fixed fee of one-half of one percent of the total amount of financial assistance disbursed.

(b) The department will charge the fee specified in (a) of this section on any financial assistance payments received on or after December 29, 2000.
