18 AAC 69.065. Other reports

(a) Subject to (b) of this section, on or before November 15 of each calendar year in which the owner or operator has caused or allowed to be operated a commercial passenger vessel in the marine waters of the state, the owner or operator shall submit a written or electronic report that documents any deviation from the plan submitted under AS 46.03.475 (e)(1) and 18 AAC 69.035, or from the plan submitted under AS 46.03.475 (e)(2) and 18 AAC 69.040.

(b) An owner or operator who caused or allowed a commercial passenger vessel to be operated year round shall submit, as part of the annual plans required on or before March 1 under 18 AAC 69.035 and 18 AAC 69.040, a written or electronic report that documents any deviations to the plans for any period not addressed in the previous November 15 report required under (a) of this section.

(c) The owner or operator shall submit a copy of records required under AS 46.03.475 (b) within 21 days after completion of the analytical testing for each sampling event.
