(a) An owner or operator shall submit a report on the analytical results of sampling required under AS 46.03.460 - 46.03.490 within 21 days after completion of the analytical testing for each sampling event.
(b) The sampling analytical report must include
(1) the date, time, and on board location where each sample was collected;
(2) the sampling technique and analytical testing method used for each sample;
(3) the quality assurance and quality control analysis of the sampling, analytical testing, and analytical data;
(4) the analytical results;
(5) any deviation from the approved plan submitted under 18 AAC 69.025;
(6) any deviation from the approved plan submitted under 18 AAC 69.030;
(7) the type of wastewater sampled; and
(8) if necessary, a notification that resampling under 18 AAC 69.070 is occurring.
