(a) Except as provided in 18 AAC 30.610 and 18 AAC 30.620, public facilities and facilities open to the public must provide at least the minimum number of toilets and lavatories per person of capacity according to Appendix C of the Alaska Plumbing Code.
(b) Types of facilities not listed in Appendix C of the Alaska Plumbing Code must provide the number of fixtures required by the Code for theaters and auditoriums.
