Editor's note:
The regulations in this chapter, effective April 18, 1982, and distributed in Register 82, constitute a comprehensive reorganization and revision of this material. They replace regulations in chapters 15, 20, 22, and 25 of Title 7 of the Alaska Administrative Code which were repealed simultaneously with the adoption of this chapter pursuant to Executive Order 51, which transferred functions from the Department of Health and Social Services to the Department of Environmental Conservation. The history line at the end of each section does not reflect the history of the replaced provisions before April 18, 1982, nor is the section numbering related to the numbering before that date.
