Section 695. Transitional compliance requirements

17 AAC 42.695. Transitional compliance requirements

(a) A permit issued before January 14, 2001 for a tiedown space on the airport is canceled effective July 13, 2001. A prior permittee must apply under 17 AAC 42.610 for a subsequent permit under 17 AAC 42.630 no later than June 13, 2001 in order to retain the permittee's space.

(b) No later than April 14, 2001 the airport manager shall mail or deliver an application for a permit under 17 AAC 42.610 to each prior permittee.

(c) Any switch list or wait list established for a category of tiedown space before January 14, 2001 is carried forward and remains in effect on and after that date.

(d) In this section, "prior permittee" means a person who holds a valid tiedown permit on January 14, 2001 that was issued before that date.
