Section 625. Permit limitations

17 AAC 42.625. Permit limitations

(a) A person may not use a tiedown space for operation of a commercial aviation business or otherwise for a commercial purpose unless the permit expressly authorizes that use.

(b) Except as otherwise provided under 17 AAC 42.635 or 17 AAC 42.655, a permittee may hold more than one permit for a category of tiedown space.

(c) More than one permittee may be listed on the same permit consistent with the requirements of this subsection. A permittee may add another person to the permit if the person separately applies and qualifies for a permit under 17 AAC 42.610 and is the first person on the applicable wait list under 17 AAC 42.650. If a person is added to a permit, that person shall comply with all requirements applicable to the permit.
