Editor's note:
On August 30, 1991, the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities repealed 17 AAC 30.010 - 17 AAC
30.070.
Subsequently, the Alaska Supreme Court struck down the repeal of those regulations in Turpin v North Slope Borough, 879 P.2d 1009 (Alaska 1994). The decision resulted in the reinstatement of the regulations in their entirety. Effective Register 132, January 1995, the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities repealed the reinstated regulations.
