(a) Subject to 15 AAC 154.735, the Corporation will, in its discretion, make payments to a grantee under a grant by monthly or quarterly advances or reimbursements. To receive a payment under this section, the grantee must submit to the Corporation a payment request made on a form provided by the Corporation.
(b) A grantee shall reimburse the Corporation for a payment made to the grantee to the extent that the grantee does not expend or encumber the payment before the end of the grant period. A grantee shall notify the Corporation in writing no later than 30 days after the end of the grant period of an outstanding encumbrance of a payment made under (a) of this section.
