In connection with a grant under this chapter or under a program described in 15 AAC 154.900, the Corporation will require that a deed restriction on the title to the land benefited by the grant be recorded requiring approval from the Corporation for sale or transfer of the title to the land and requiring that the property be used for the purposes of the grant. The Corporation may restrict sale or transfer of title to an entity eligible for the grant.
