When the Corporation has received and accepted all requested documentation and required fees and determined to its satisfaction that the applicant and the project comply with all requirements of the code and regulations adopted under the code and with other applicable section of 26 U.S.C. and regulations adopted under 26 U.S.C., the Corporation will issue low-income housing tax credit allocation certification signed by the executive director and send a copy of the certification to the applicant for its federal tax return.
