A person interested in applying for an allocation of low-income housing tax credit must submit an application to the Corporation on forms prescribed by the Corporation. The information required by the Corporation will be stated in the application and will cover characteristics of the project, the project sponsor, the geographic location of the project, and any other information the Corporation, in its discretion, feels is necessary to insure that the project is qualified under the code to receive an allocation of low-income housing tax credit.
