A party who submitted a bid or proposal to acquire property under 15 AAC 150.600 - 15 AAC 150.730, or any party that has been awarded the right to acquire property under 15 AAC 150.600 - 15 AAC 150.730, and who alleges a grievance or complaint because of any decision made by the Corporation that directly affected the party may file a written protest or claim pursuant to 15 AAC 150.220 and may appeal the decision of the Corporation as provided in 15 AAC 150.220.
