15 AAC 150.520. Disposition of other property

(a) The Corporation will, in its discretion and in accordance with the provisions of this section, sell or otherwise dispose of property not described in 15 AAC 150.500 or 15 AAC 150.510 under terms approved by the executive director. The Corporation will sell or otherwise dispose of property under this section only if the executive director determines, in his or her sole discretion, that retaining the property is neither desirable nor necessary for the conduct of the Corporation's business.

(b) The executive director may sell or otherwise dispose of property under this section in the manner that the executive director considers appropriate for the property involved. However, the executive director shall make reasonable efforts to assure that the property is sold or otherwise disposed of for its fair market value at the time of the sale.
