(a) The chief procurement officer may delegate that officer's authority with respect to procurements under 15 AAC 150.300 - 15 AAC 150.490 to an employee of the Corporation. Authority delegated under this subsection to the head of a procurement department may be delegated by that officer to an employee in that procurement department. A delegation of authority must be in writing.
(b) The chief procurement officer or head of a procurement department may revoke any authority delegated by that person under this section.
(c) An employee delegated authority under this section may exercise that authority only in accordance with the delegation.
