Section 380. Protests, controversies, and appeals

15 AAC 150.380. Protests, controversies, and appeals

(a) An interested party may protest the award of a contract, the proposed award of a contract, or a solicitation for supplies, equipment, services, construction, office or other space leases, personal property, or professional services by the Corporation under 15 AAC 150.300 - 15 AAC 150.490 and may appeal a protest decision in accordance with the procedures and requirements set out in 15 AAC 150.220(b) - (h).

(b) A contractor may file with the Corporation a claim concerning a contract controversy under 15 AAC 150.300 - 15 AAC 150.490 in accordance with the procedures and requirements set out in 15 AAC 150.220(i) - (k).

(c) The written decision of the chief procurement officer regarding a protest under 15 AAC 150.220(h) or regarding a contract controversy under 15 AAC 150.220(j) is a final administrative decision. Each such decision will notify the interested party that judicial review of the administrative decision may be had by filing a notice of appeal in accordance with applicable rules of court governing appeals in civil matters.
