Section 30. Continued allocation

15 AAC 140.030. Continued allocation

An issuer holding an unused allocation shall submit a certification of intended use to the committee no later than November 30 if the issuer intends to use any portion of that allocation by December 30. The committee will not make a carryforward election or reallocation for any portion of an allocation if a certification of intended use for that portion is received by November 30.
