The committee will, in its discretion, make a carryforward election for any part of the private activity bond volume limit that has not been used by November 30. The committee will make a carryforward election for an allocation or portion of an allocation if a request for a carryforward election is received from the issuer by November 30 and the carryforward election is allowed under 26 U.S.C. 146(f).
