(a) A person may not purchase alcoholic beverages for another person nor may a person solicit the purchase of alcoholic beverages by another person for consideration in addition to the purchase price.
(b) No person other than a regulated common carrier or a regulated contract carrier may, for consideration, transport alcoholic beverages.

Executive Order 110 relocated the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board from the Department of Revenue to the Department of Public Safety.
