(a) An agency that receives a bench or other judicial arrest warrant, parole arrest warrant, or governor's warrant of arrest for extradition may report the receipt of the warrant to the repository. The report must include
(1) identification of the agency that received the warrant;
(2) the date that the warrant was issued;
(3) the arrest tracking number; for a collateral offense an arrest tracking number is not required;
(4) the court case number;
(5) the charge number;
(6) the offense code;
(7) bail conditions, if applicable; and
(8) an indication if the agency that requested the warrant will transport the subject to the requesting agency's jurisdiction if apprehended.
(b) An agency that reports a warrant to the repository under (a) of this section shall immediately have the warrant deleted from APSIN, in a manner designated by the department, if the warrant is executed, quashed, or withdrawn.
