A driver training school license is not transferable. If there is a transfer of ownership of the business, a new license must be obtained by compliance with the terms and conditions set out in 13 AAC 25.010 and payment of the fee set out in AS 28.17.031 (b). The commissioner will, in his discretion, permit continuance of the business by the person to whom the business is transferred by issuance of a temporary permit as provided by 13 AAC 25.060.
