(a) The licensee of a driver training school shall notify the commissioner in writing within 30 days after any change is made in the officers, directors or location of the school. The notice shall be accompanied by fingerprint cards for each new officer or director as required by 13 AAC 25.010(a) .
(b) Upon being notified of a death of a licensee of a driver training school, the department will cancel the license and issue a temporary permit to the executor, administrator, widow or other heir of the estate. The permit shall allow the person to conduct the school for the remaining life of the canceled license, or until disposal of the business, or until the temporary licensee or surviving widow or heir qualifies for a license, whichever occurs first; and so long as the temporary licensee conducts the school in the same manner required of a licensee. The temporary permit may be renewed once as provided in 13 AAC 25.010(c) , and the renewal will be valid for one year, or until disposal of the business, or until the temporary licensee or surviving widow or heir qualifies for a license, whichever occurs first.
