Editor's note: 13 AAC 20.200 has been deleted because sec. 3, ch. 77, SLA 1982 repealed AS 28.05.011 (8), the statute under which that regulation was adopted. Chapter 77, SLA 1982 also transferred the responsibility for this subject to the Department of Commerce and Economic Development; see AS 44.33.020 (25).
