In 13 AAC 08.210 - 13 AAC 08.290, unless the context otherwise requires
(1) "driver improvement specialist" means a noncommissioned member of the department whose duty it is to interview problem drivers and to make recommendations to them concerning improvement of their driving skills and abilities;
(2) "habitually reckless or negligent drivers and habitual or frequent violators of traffic laws" means vehicle operators whose demerit point totals, less deductions, have reached the level requiring mandatory suspension or revocation of the driving privilege.
