In 13 AAC 08.005 - 13 AAC 08.060, unless the context requires otherwise,
(1) repealed 9/1/87;

(3) repealed 5/2/81;
(4) "permit" means a school bus driver permit issued by the department; this permit is the "license" referred to in AS 28.15.046 ;
(5) repealed 9/1/87;
(6) "department" means the Alaska Department of Public Safety.
