(a) The period of suspension of a school bus driver permit is as follows:
(1) violation of permit restrictions - 30 days;
(2) repealed 9/1/87;
(3) for the duration of the suspension or revocation of the driver's license as provided by 13 AAC 08.045(a) (3).
(b) The period of revocation of a school bus driver permit is as follows:
(1) until the driver would be eligible under AS 28.15.046 (d) to obtain a permit, if the permit was revoked because of a conviction for driving while intoxicated;
(2) repealed 9/1/87;
(3) until the driver becomes eligible for reissuance of the permit if the permit was revoked because of a disqualification under AS 28.15.046 ;
(4) repealed 9/1/87;
(5) repealed 5/2/81.
