(a) Making any false or fraudulent representation or material misstatement on an application for a license, renewal, examination, or any additional material requested by the commission under 12 AAC 64.060(b) is grounds for revocation, suspension, or denial of a license.
(b) Making a false or misleading statement to the commission regarding an alleged violation of AS 08.88 or the regulations set forth in this chapter or the qualifications of the licensee is grounds for suspension, revocation, or denial of a license.
