(a) Before the scheduled examination date, an applicant who has registered to sit for the examination will be sent an admission ticket from the commission that specifies the time and place of the examination. If a testing service is authorized by the commission under AS 08.88.191 , the applicant will be sent a confirmation notice or receive a confirmation number by telephone from the testing service that specifies the time and place of the examination.
(b) An applicant who has not registered for the examination by the deadline described in 12 AAC 64.010(b) will not be admitted to the examination.
