12 AAC 60.150. Regrading

(a) Subject to (b) of this section, an applicant who receives a failing score may request regrading or reviewing of the examination via written request to the department within 30 days of receiving notification of the score.

(b) Repealed 11/21/2001.

(c) The review must be made in the presence of one board member and any recommended change in the score must be approved by the board at a duly conducted meeting of the board.
