(a) Unless an application is considered abandoned under 12 AAC 02.910, an applicant for licensure who requests withdrawal of an application before taking an examination and before action has been taken by the board is entitled to a refund of all fees except the application fee.
(b) Renewal notices will be sent by the department to all current licensees at least 30 days before the end of the current licensing period. Failure to receive a renewal notice does not relieve a licensee from the responsibility of renewing a license on time.
