An applicant for a pharmacist license shall submit documentation to the board that the applicant
(1) has graduated and received a professional degree from a college of pharmacy accredited by the ACPE; or
(2) has graduated from a college of pharmacy recognized by and earned certification from the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee of the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.
