An applicant for an electrical administrator license in the unlimited linework category will be examined to determine the
(1) applicant's knowledge of outside linework and outside communications;
(2) familiarity with the applicable portions of the regulations contained in the National Electrical Code and the National Electrical Safety Code, as approved by the American National Standards Institute, other applicable installation and safety regulations approved by the American National Standards Institute; and
(3) practical skill and ability in outside linework and outside communications.
