To be scheduled for a personal interview as required in AS 08.36.234 (a)(3), an applicant for licensure by credentials must file with the division a complete application at least 45 days before the meeting of the board at which the interview will be conducted. An application is considered complete when the completed application form, all supporting documents required in AS 08.36.234 and 12 AAC 28.951, and the application and credential review fees required in 12 AAC 02.190 are filed with the division.
