A notarized copy of a joint venture agreement entered into for the purpose of AS 08.18.011 must be on file at the main business office in the state of each party to the joint venture. This copy must be available for presentation on demand as proof of the joint venture and proper registration in accordance with AS 08.18.011 . Notice of a joint venture agreement need not be on file with the department unless specifically requested by the department.
