If a professional championship title fight of another jurisdiction is to be held in Alaska, such as the W.B.A. or the W.B.C., the provisions of 12 AAC 06.100 - 12 AAC 06.260, concerning boxing contest rules, will, in the commission's discretion, be waived to meet the needs of the sponsoring organization, if the commission determines the rules of the sponsoring organization are adequate to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the participants and the public.
