(a) To qualify for a license as a professional wrestler an applicant must submit
(1) an application on a form provided by the commission;
(2) the fees required by AS 05.10.120 ; and
(3) an official copy of the applicant's birth certificate verifying that the applicant is at least 18 years of age.
(b) An applicant over the age of 54 years will not be granted a license to wrestle or have a license renewed, unless special consideration is given by the commission to the applicant's physical condition.
(c) The commission will, in its discretion, order the examination of any wrestler at any time for the purpose of determination whether the wrestler is fit and qualified to engage in further matches.
