(a) An application for a license required by AS 05.10.060 or AS 05.10.120 as a promoter, club boxer, professional boxer, professional wrestler, manager, second, trainer, referee, or examining physician must be made in writing on the form prescribed by the commission, complete with all required documents and the correct fee.
(b) A person or organization required to be licensed under AS 05.10 and this chapter may not participate, either directly or indirectly, in a professional boxing or sparring contest, a club boxing contest, or wrestling match, unless that person or organization has first obtained a license from the commission.
(c) A false statement of a material matter in an application is grounds for denial of the application or, if the license has been issued, for revocation of the license.
