The following fees are established for private professional guardians, private professional conservators, and organizational licenses:
(1) application fee for initial registration, $50;
(2) license fee for all or part ofthe initial biennial licensing period, $450;
(3) biennial license renewal fee, $450;
(4) temporary license fee for private professional guardian or private professional conservator, $50;
(5) nonrefundable fingerprint processing fee, $59.
