Editor's note:
Many of the regulations in this chapter that went into effect on May 13, 1979, constitute a comprehensive revision, reorganization and renumbering of regulations formerly found in 11 AAC 54, 56, and 57. The articles covering administrative provisions, lotteries, open-to-entry disposals (the latter was subsequently replaced by similar remote parcel provisions), and definitions were drawn from the former 11 AAC 54. The article on agricultural interest disposals was amended slightly from the former 11 AAC 57. Article 10, which was subsequently repealed, was based on the former 11 AAC 56. The history of each regulation has been reflected in its history note if it was possible to trace its evolution clearly. However, the section numbering is not related to the numbering in effect before May 13, 1979.
